Design, editing and publications

Spectrum – Sustainable Development Knowledge Network is a Myanmar/Burmese Non-Governmental Organisation that campaigns for environmental justice and national budget transparency. A major recent success was their work with the Ministry of Finance, leading to the publication of the county’s first Citizen’s Budget for five decades.

I have provided them with a range of communications support that has included ongoing work using Joomla! to set up and maintain their website. At the end of 2015 I helped recruit a national communications manager, who is now developing the Myanmar/Burmese language website.

Design, writing and editing work has included a series of briefing papers on their key work areas, two major conference reports, and their first ever annual report for 2014-15.
